Paid position(s) to partner with employer to convert 100's to 1000's of 2D images to 3D sculptural base relief STL files for employer's solid wrought bronze plaquettes, art medals and sculptures. Seeking visionary, original thinking to exact the immense potential of these miniature sculptural masterpieces.
Employer has an available software program (http://designscomputed.com/vs3d/overview/index.html), but freelancer may have a superior option. Employer would like everything to reproduce exquisitely but needs freelancer's expertise to tell what 2D artwork will work most easily, cost effectively and exactly. Some works of art and images may not translate without the color and geometry. Freelancer will provide an exacting, photorealistic 3D bas relief digital file for my production of molds, dies and tooling.
Like posters, fine art prints and giclees, employer want to celebrate all venues as collectible memorabilia and home decor along with licensing, produce the highest demand in public domain art of all varieties from Monet, Van Gogh, Alphonse Mucha, Japanese blockprints, vintage posters, fruit crate and seed pack art...on and on...everything that will reproduce exquisitely and be in huge popular demand. Artists and sculptors original works will be offered as well as a separate defined category.
