Joel Meyerowitz's Legacy: Preservation of Wildness in New York City Parks will open tonight, March 17th from 5 to 7 p.m. in 700 Beacon's Main Gallery.

Spring Overnight Access to AIB Studios and Facilities

As a reminder the first overnight when AIB students have 24-hour access to AIB facilities will take place next Saturday, March 26.

For safety and security reasons, students are required to complete and submit the attached form for each night that they intend to stay in our facilities beyond our usual hours.  The form is also available at AIB’s reception desk, 700 Beacon Street and when completed, it should be given to the guard on duty at 700 Beacon Street.

Community of Scholars Day

Wednesday, March 30, is the third Community of Scholars Day.  The regular schedule of classes is replaced with a day of presentations, panels, poster sessions, and performances, highlighting the inquiry and scholarship of Lesley faculty, students, staff, and alums.  The Lesley website has an article on the home page about this day, and the schedule can be found at lesley.edu/scholars.

A full range of presentations are offered at 4, 5:15, and 6:30, of particular relevance to graduate and adult learning students.  It's a very special day for students to engage in learning in a conference-like setting!



GLOVEBOX Short Film & Animation Festival

GLOVEBOX is hosting its first ever film festival June 11th at the Somerville Theatre. The event (2 showtimes) will showcase short films and animations from the local Boston and New York area.

The Festival is also hosting a mini poetry slam in between films.
